The sexual orientation and gender identity of employees is often regarded as a “private matter”. This can lead to colleagues feeling the need to pretend they are a different person or to hide their real identity in their day-to-day work environment. However, at RWE we want everyone to be themselves, without having to change who they are. We believe that this is the only way for employees to reach their full potential.
