Whether you are here to  to find out more about RWE as an employer, apply for  the latest jobs or to hear from our colleagues, we would like to provide you with a brief statement on our recruitment processes during the current Covid-19 Pandemic.

RWE is a global business, so we needed to adopt various changes some time ago. By implementing many preventive measures, revising hygiene regulations and adapting to home office regulations we are still largely able to carry out our recruitment processes using effective and fair methods.

Thanks to these measures, the increasing digitalization of the working world and the flexibility of all of us - HR staff, colleagues in the specialist departments and applicants - we are now able to carry out application processes almost as usual.

We conduct telephone interviews, get to know you through communication media such as Skype and in some cases use virtual assessment centers. The exact process, as is normally the case, depends on the job and the respective company.
